How it works

From the phone to a paid reference

You stay in the browser until the payment step. The proof of payment goes out on WhatsApp.

  1. 01Pick the lockChoose PayJoy, M-Kopa or PhoneYam. That is the lock you want taken off the Android phone.
  2. 02Pick the brand, then the modelSamsung, Xiaomi, Tecno, Infinix, Itel, Oppo and the other Android brands are listed. iPhone is not. The model list updates to match the brand.
  3. 03The quote appears on its ownAs soon as the model is selected, Xrepair calculates a price. Different models get different prices. Nothing is quoted under R200 or over R800.
  4. 04Type the IMEINumbers only, 15 digits. Dial *#06# on the phone. Only submit a handset you are authorised to service.
  5. 05Continue to paymentA reference is generated for that request. Pay SUMMIT RIDGE CAPITAL (PTY) LTD by Nedbank EFT (account 1347704833, type CA) or PayShap 072 695 2232 on Nedbank. Put the reference on the payment.
  6. 06Send the proof on WhatsAppOpen WhatsApp to 072 695 2232. The message is filled in with the reference, device, IMEI and amount. Attach the proof of payment screenshot before you send it.
